Steps for an On-The-Job Injury
1. All incidents of on-the-job injuries require a completed incident report form.
2. If/and when medical treatment is needed, an 801 form must be submitted to HR within 2 days. Do not submit an 801 form unless medical treatment is sought.
3. After any medical treatment, a Doctor’s work release must be submitted to HR within 24 hours, until such a time when a full work release is received.
