If the student is CURRENTLY ENROLLED in Lincoln County School District, please contact the Records Clerk at your child’s school to request records.
If the student is NOT CURRENTLY ENROLLED in Lincoln County School District, please open and complete the Request for Duplicate Records form (below) to request transcripts, immunization, and other school records. Print and sign the request.
If you are requesting an official transcript, the request along with the fee MUST be mailed to the address below for processing. See fees on the Request for Duplicate Records form (below).
When paying online
- Under the “School” selection, you must choose “Lincoln County District Office”
- then under the “Item” selection, choose “Student Transcripts” (see image below)
We accept cash, check or money order for the exact amount, or you can pay online.
Please, include a copy of the receipt with your completed duplicate records request.
