If the student is CURRENTLY ENROLLED in Lincoln County School District, please contact the Records Clerk at your child’s school to request records.
If the student is NOT CURRENTLY ENROLLED in Lincoln County School District, please open and complete the Request for Duplicate Records form (below) to request transcripts, immunization, and other school records. Print and sign the request.
If you are requesting an official transcript, the request along with the fee MUST be mailed to the address below for processing. See fees on the Request for Duplicate Records form (below).
We accept cash, check or money order for the exact amount, or you can pay online HERE. A copy of your receipt should be included with your completed duplicate records request.
