After school delay. This message went out today from the Superintendent. Since this message went out the police have issued an “all clear”.

This is a message to all families and guardians of NHS/NMS. We had a threat at Newport High School today and as a precaution evacuated all NHS students to Newport Middle School. Everyone is safe. Students who normally take the bus home will take the bus home from NMS as soon as possible. NHS students not on the bus will be released to walk back to NHS after the police give us the all clear. Please follow your normal after school routine.

Este es un mensaje para todas las familias y los guardianes de La Escuela Preparatoria De Newport/Escuela Secundaria De Newport.Nosotros recibimos una amenaza en la Escuela Preparatoria Hoy dia y como precaucion nosotros evacuamos a todos los alumnos y al personal ala Escuela Secundaria De Newport .Todos estan bien .Los alumnos que normalmente toman el autobus ,iran en autobus a casa saliendo  de la Escuela Secundaria de Newport lo mas pronto posible.Los alumnos de la Escuela Preparatoria que no viajan en autobus seran dados de alta tan pronto el departamento de policia nos avisen que todo esta claro..Por favor sigua sus actividades normales despues de su rutina de la escuela.
